The Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances of Carroll County is a compilation of all local laws and ordinances in effect in Carroll County. The Code of Public Local Laws contains 14 titles passed by the Maryland General Assembly. Other laws in effect in Carroll County may be found in the Annotated Code of Maryland, specifically Article 25 which applies to Commissioner counties.
