The Court Administration Office for the Circuit Court for Carroll County is under the direction of the County Administrative Judge and is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of court operations and administrative support activities. The office is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Court to ensure that all Court departments function together, even though each department has a separate and distinct role within the system. In addition to the management of these departments, other essential duties and responsibilities of the Court Administration Office include, but are not limited to: case management, jury management, coordination/liaison with other government agencies, human resources management, facilities management, technology management, financial management and procurement, statistical and management reports, strategic planning, as well as miscellaneous court and special programs and services management.
