 Commissioner Robin Frazier: District 1
Robin Frazier is serving her second term as County Commissioner. She served from 1998 until 2002 before working for then-Gov. Robert Ehrlich in intergovernmental affairs from 2002 to 2006. A graduate of Westminster High School, Commissioner Frazier chaired the Carroll County Planning and Zoning Commission in 1997 and 1998. Her community work includes serving on the boards of the Good News Prison Ministry and the Marriage Resource Center. She is also a member and sings in the choir of the Church of the Open Door. Mrs. Frazier lives in Taneytown with her husband, Donald. They have three daughters.
District 1 stretches across northern Carroll County. It includes the towns of Manchester and Taneytown. (See map below.)
