2007 Triennial Update to the
Carroll County Master Plan for Water and Sewerage
Adopted by the Carroll County Commissioners on March 1, 2007 and
Final Approval by Maryland Department of the Environment on
September 10, 2007

As required by State law, the triennial update of the Carroll County Master Plan for Water and Sewerage was prepared. The locally adopted plan became effective on September 10, 2007 with final approval by Maryland Department of the Environment.

Updates have been made to maps, data, figures, and relevant supporting information. The Plan covers all areas of the County, including community water supply and sewerage systems, and planned service areas including maps of these areas.
