All interested individuals are both welcome and encouraged to attend recreation council meetings. In addition, it is recommended that local organizations send representatives to these meetings so that Council members may learn of your activities. Individuals requiring an interpreter should communicate with the Carroll County Department Recreation and Parks, 410-386-2103, at least seven days prior to the meeting.
