On April 22, 2007 WTTR held their annual Birds are Back Rally at the Carroll County Sports Complex for the first time. Orioles pitcher Jeremy Guthrie and bullpen coach Dave Trembley signed autographs for the many fans who attended the event. A few weeks later Trembley was named the Orioles manager.
