Fingerprinting

Sheriff’s Deputies or Auxiliary Patrol Volunteers are available from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. each Tuesday afternoon to fingerprint Carroll County Citizens who need fingerprints taken for employment, childcare, adoption, and licensing or certification purposes. Citizens must bring the following items with them:

Fingerprint card(s)

Personal photo identification

(driver’s license, military id or any official document with a photo)

A customary fee of $5.00 will be charged for each fingerprint card completed. Payment may be made by cash, check, or money order payable to the Sheriff of Carroll County. If you have any questions, please call the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office at 410-386-2900.
