The Carroll County TRIAD is an agreement between the Sheriff of Carroll County, the Maryland State Police, the Municipal Police Chiefs, Carroll County States Attorney, Carroll County Bureau of Aging, Carroll County Retired Teachers Association and AARP Chapter 662. Our purpose is to develop, expand and implement effective crime prevention and education programs for older community members. Also to provide activities which center on prevention of victimization and victim assistance services.
